Shipping and Delivery Info

It is our goal to get your order to you within three working days, we cut to order.

The meat will then be frozen and packed into a chilltainer with an ice pack. Please leave a delivery note at checkout with a drop point if you are not home, preferably not in direct sunlight.

Delivery time can be anytime during the day, we will email you the day before delivery. If your delivery day does not suit please let us know the next available day.

If you know some one will be home and you want your meat fresh just let us know in additional notes when you place your order.

Once delivered we take no responsibility should you request fresh, but are not there when it arrives. The meat will be chilled with an ice pack but we cannot take responsibility if it is left out on hot day.

Please note, selected delivery times at checkout are just an estimate. The courier will be in touch with tracking info and the details of your delivery.
